The service

Ehsebly is a cloud platform for accounting, invoicing, inventory and payroll, offered to businesses by subscription. These terms apply to everyone who registers an account or uses the platform.

Your account

Whoever creates the account confirms they may act for the business and that the details given are correct. The account owner is responsible for the users they invite, their permissions and keeping passwords secret.

Tell us at once if you suspect anyone has accessed your account without permission.

Trial, subscription and fees

Every business starts with a free trial. After it, use continues with a monthly or yearly subscription for the chosen plan and modules; prices are in Saudi riyals before VAT.

If a subscription is not paid, the account becomes read-only after the grace period; your data stays kept and you can export it.

Your data

The data you enter belongs to your business. We use it only to provide the service; we never sell it and only look at it when you ask for support or the law requires.

Each business’s data is isolated from every other, and we keep regular backups. The privacy policy has the details.

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to issue misleading documents, to try to reach anyone else’s data, or to disrupt the service or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission.

Tax and legal compliance

We help with tools such as tax invoices, the QR code and the VAT return, but the accuracy of what you record and file with the authorities stays the responsibility of your business and its accountant.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times; we may pause it briefly for maintenance or updates, with notice where possible.

Ending the subscription

You may end the subscription at any time. Before the account closes we let you export your data; it is then deleted within the periods in the privacy policy, unless a law requires us to keep it.

Limits of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, and our liability never exceeds what your business paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We may change them and will tell you about material changes before they apply; continuing to use the platform means you accept them.
