01Isolation
Each company's data kept apart
Every company is isolated in the data layer itself, not only in the screens: lists, documents and reports read your company's data only.
02Permissions
Each role sees its own screens only.
The administrator gives each user a ready role or custom permissions per screen; an employee sees only their own file.
- Each user has a role that decides the screens they see and what they do there, with custom permissions and approval rules for documents.
- Plus approval rules up to three levels.
03History
A history on every document
Every change is kept in the document's history, along with prints, downloads and shares, and refused access is logged.
04Sign-in
Sign-in protection
Passwords of at least 10 characters, sign-in locked for 15 minutes after five wrong tries, and sessions that end after 8 hours.
Password re-check for sensitive actions
Changing permissions, closing periods, imports, exports and bulk actions ask for your password again.
05Consumption tax 10%
Tax compliance
Tax invoices with Consumption tax at 10% and your tax number, in your currency. Each of the 22 countries has its currency, default tax rate and tax number; a company can change its own rate.
