Privacy policy

Account details: your name, email and mobile number, and the business’s name, tax number, registration and country.

The business data you enter: customers, suppliers, invoices, stock, employees, payroll and the like.

Technical data needed for security: IP address, browser type, sign-ins and sensitive actions.

To provide the service and run your account, send verification codes and notices, protect accounts from fraud, improve the platform and meet our legal duties. We process it under the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the service (hosting, email, payments) and only as far as needed, with government bodies when the law requires, or with whoever you choose to share a document with.

When you apply for a job posted on the Ehsebly website we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number if given, your answers to the company’s questions, your note and your CV. We share your application and CV only with the company that posted the job, and it reaches that company only after you confirm your email from the link we send you.

Applications whose email is not confirmed are deleted, with their CV, after 48 hours. Confirmed applications are kept by the hiring company under its own policy, and you may ask it or us to delete your data.

We keep data for as long as you subscribe. After it ends we keep it for 90 days so you can return or export, then delete it, except accounting records the law requires us to keep.

Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, each business’s data is isolated, and sensitive actions need your password again and are logged. We review security continuously.

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, get a copy of it, or object to its processing. Write to us and we will answer within the legal period.

We use only what the service needs: your sign-in session, language and display choice. We use no advertising trackers.

On the Ehsebly website we count visits statistically, without storing your IP address or following you from day to day: the page, country, city, device type and where the visit came from. One cookie, kept for 90 days, remembers where your first visit came from so it reaches us with a contact request if you send one. We also measure, without personal data, how far a page is scrolled, how long it is engaged with and clicks on the sign-up, contact and pricing buttons, and the source of your first visit also reaches us when you create an account.
