The company is set up at 5% with its tax number; you issue tax invoices in your currency and get the tax return in the reports. You can change the rate. Ehsebly does not connect to government e-invoicing systems today.

Yes. Accounting comes with every subscription; add inventory, point of sale, payroll or others whenever you need them.

Yes, from Excel: customers, suppliers, products and opening stock (up to 300 rows and 2 MB a file). Opening account balances go in as an opening journal entry; old documents stay in your previous program for reference.

Yes. It works in the phone's browser and installs as an app with shortcuts: new invoice, receipt, expense.

The point of sale keeps selling offline; the rest of the app needs a connection.

Ehsebly AI is an optional app added to the subscription on request; it is never added automatically. It works within your own permissions.

Yes, on the Starter plan: 14 days free with no payment. The other plans start by paying their first invoice.

Saudi Arabia VAT (15%) is added to the subscription invoice, because Ehsebly bills from Saudi Arabia. No setup fees.

Monthly renews every month; yearly is paid once a year and costs less than twelve monthly payments.

You pay your subscription invoice inside the app with your card.

After the subscription and its grace period end, access stops until you renew; your data stays kept and nothing is deleted. Renew from the subscription screen and everything is back as you left it. Export any reports you need before the end date.
